Kinetic Disintegration System

Kinetic Disintegration System (KDS) designed by JCL, dries sludge by friction generated between sludge and spinning blades. The system is able to disinfect and dry sludge cake thoroughly with minimum investment and power consumption.

The KDS does not require external heat. Sludge cake is dried by frictional heat generated between high speed rotating blades and sludge cake, reducing moisture content from 60 - 80% to 10 - 20%. The system is also able to kill microbes during this drying process.
